The master switch is the main switch in the house. It is a must have for large apartments, but it will also be a nice addition for small ones. It is located near the front door and is conveniently placed in a separate frame so that it cannot be confused with others.
The master switch is very convenient when you need to turn off all the lights when leaving the apartment. And when you return, you can turn on exactly the same scenario that was. It is preferable to power the lamps on the master switch, without sockets. If desired, you can put sockets on it, from which lamps and floor lamps work.
Instantaneous water heater
A water heater is usually associated with a large boiler, for which you need to allocate space or somehow hide it. But there are much more compact electric instantaneous water heaters.
In terms of its dimensions, it is slightly larger than a router. It can be placed next to the water collector above the toilet installation, it requires an additional electrical outlet. There are different models of instantaneous water heaters – on average, its cost is about 25 thousand rubles.
For families with children, such a thing will definitely not be superfluous – besides, it is especially helpful during the period of hot water shutdown.
Leak protection system
A leak protection system is a necessary thing in a new apartment, which will protect the renovation from unexpected troubles. As soon as the sensor senses a leak, it immediately shuts off the water. Some models send notifications to the phone – this is especially convenient in cases when no one is home.
