How to choose material for the construction of a bathhouse

January 18, 2019

Anyone having a plot of land outside the city wants him to have his own bath there. Now you can easily purchase a ready -made bath, order an inexpensive construction of a turnkey bathhouse or make a bath with your own hands.

If you choose to build a bath on your own, then first you need to decide what you want the bathhouse. You can build a bathhouse, Finnish, Turkish and Russian. First of all, it is necessary to create your own project in which to describe the type of structure, interior and exterior of the bath. Indicate the number of premises, as well as their purpose and location in the building.

Then you should decide on which material to build a bathhouse. You can build a bathhouse from ordinary brick or aerated concrete blocks. But a tree is always considered an ideal material for the construction of a bathhouse.

Next, calculations should be made to know exactly how much material is needed to lay out the foundation, build walls, installation of the roof and chimney. Do not forget about the material that will be required for lining the bath and interior elements. It is best to keep the calculation, based on the project of the bathhouse.

The construction of the bath, like any other building, always begins with the laying of the foundation. Here you need to choose what is the foundation of a strip of stone for a fairly large and heavy bath, a columnar foundation suitable for a light bath of logs or a beam or a screw if the soil on the site is weak.

After the construction of the foundation, you can proceed to the construction of the walls. So, for example, you can purchase a tree as a material for walls. We build the outer walls of the bath from a strong pine beam, and between the bars we lay the thermal insulation material. Such a beam is resistant to various weather conditions. And inside we use, on the contrary, a low -solid variety of wood. For example, linden or aspen.

For good thermal insulation, fiberglass can be used. For this, fiberglass slabs on the walls are installed in a special aluminum frame, which is mounted in advance.

Next, we determine what the bathhouse will drown. You can put an ordinary furnace with a simple chimney and cover it with stones or build a furnace that will heat the stones with electricity.

At the end of construction, the whole tree should be treated with a special composition from the fungus and rotting.
