Modern construction methods are divided into several key areas, each of which has its own characteristics and areas of application
Modular construction
Modular buildings consist of individual blocks assembled in a factory and delivered to the site for final installation. This is one of the most promising technologies used for both temporary and permanent structures.
Advantages of the modular approach:
- Assembly speed. Due to the factory readiness of the modules, construction takes half the time.
- Mobility. The ability to move modules without damaging the structure.
Modular construction is used to build:
- medical facilities – scalable medical centers, first aid stations, laboratories;
- residential buildings – dormitories, hotels, shift camps;
- commercial buildings – offices, administrative and household buildings.
