Electric sockets. Oddly enough, but a decent percentage of sounds through the wall penetrates through them, due to a bad sealing of the boxes. Very often, a plastic cup of an electric rosette box during installation is poorly fixed and there is an empty cavity behind it, which must be sealed with a cement mortar.
Radiators. Pipes from heating devices go through the floor and ceiling to neighboring apartments. These places are very easy to draw, so it is necessary to close the cracks around the pipes: remove the old thin layer of the screed, under which, most likely there will be a void, maximum – clogged with construction garbage. After that, it is necessary to primer and close the formed cracks with pantinitis or cement mortar.
Ceiling seams. The poor sealing of the space between the ceiling slabs at the construction stage very adversely affects the sound insulation. Pay the slots on the canvas especially attention, find them thoroughly – this will significantly reduce the noise level. Use special adhesive compounds for this.
If you yourself decide to buy karaoke for the house, then to reduce the noise level by 60-70%, it is necessary to perform a thorough sound insulation of the ceiling and walls using special soundproofing materials (mineral wool, foam, drywall and others).
