When lining with floor tiles, it is necessary to remove all the changes, hollows and hollows on the floor surface, otherwise in the future on this floor it will be inconvenient to walk. Next, clean all the dirty places from dust and gypsum deposits, otherwise the tile in these places will swell. To remove oily spots, a 3% solution of hydrochlor or caustic soda can be used, the composition of which: 150 g of soda is added to 10 liters of water. After processing with the solution, wipe the floors with warm water.
Then prepare the floors for pouring a liquid solution, the depth of preparation should be at least 20-30 mm. After that, you need to check the corners in the room. To do this, pull the twine over the diagonals of the room. If the length of the two twine is equal, it means that the floor turned out in the form of a correct rectangle, if not, it is necessary to eliminate it.
Be sure to check the horizontal floor level, the joints between the tiles should be minimal, this can be achieved by pressing them tightly to each other. If the tiles do not coincide in height, then such tiles must be removed, remove the excess lower solution and lay them again. In the future, the joints between the tiles can be poured with a liquid solution and carefully clean them.
The first row must be laid in this way: pre -prepare a liquid solution, then moisten the rear wall of the tile with water, pour and align the solution, observing the level between the tiles on the wall so that the gaps do not remain. Next, the following tiles are taken, placed on the solution, with a slight tapping with a rubber hammer on it. All tiles must be put on the same level.
