As you know, our people love to celebrate-birthdays, public holidays, church-every day something new. After a large -scale celebration, it is very difficult for the body to enter the usual rut and work normally. I just want to lie down, relax, sleep and not think about diet and weight loss. But do not relax. After the holidays, it’s time to engage in yourself and sit on a diet, and the diet is not simple, but on a powerful vegetable detox, which will resume the strength of the body in three days and make it work correctly.
The essence of detox on vegetables is to make your menu only from the lightest for the absorption of products, fruits and vegetables within three days. By the degree of digestibility, all the necessary foods are brought into the following list: raw vegetables, fruits, non -male heat -treated vegetables (except potatoes, corn and pumpkin), seeds and nuts, oils, starchy thermo -melted vegetables. It is from these products that you need to build your menu for three days. Flour products made of white flour, sugar, nuts, cereals and legumes, meat, alcohol, coffee, tobacco, tea, and pasteurized dairy products should be strictly excluded.
Vegetables should form the basis of the diet. Raw or cooked, ground – all sorts, they are extremely useful and necessary to cleanse the body after the holidays. You can eat unsweetened fruits, cheeses, yogurts, avocados, fresh, untreated fish. From cereals only buckwheat and millet are allowed. In order for everything to be at hand, you need to prepare vegetables in advance – cucumbers, spinach, celery, brass and a lot of greenery. Other vegetables already depend on personal preferences who want to lose weight after the holidays – tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, beets and others. To refuel salads, it is advisable to use lemon or lime juice, slices of apples with sourness. This diet will lose weight quickly and effectively.
Immediately after awakening, you need to drink a glass of ordinary water with the addition of lemon juice. The menu for the day should look approximately in this way:
for breakfast – freshly squeezed juice from vegetables,
Green apples or grapefruit,
avocado and lemon juice.
Lunch can include a salad of green and vegetables, cheese, avocados.
Dinner consists of foods rich in fiber, and proteins. Such dishes as fish with vegetables, chicken with vegetables, goats cheese are also good with vegetables. Among other things, you can afford to eat even a few pieces of chocolate per day – for personal pleasure.
