In the city of Vidny, work is completed on the reconstruction of the tunnel located near the Paveletsky railway. The main purpose of the work is the complete replacement of the asphalt coating, as well as the concrete base of the road. Since there were no drainage of water disposal in the tunnel project, they were to be built again. All work on the repair of the tunnel was carried out by the contracting organization “Stroyproekt”.
After removing the old asphalt and concrete, including concrete chips, the formwork was built here and new concrete was flooded. Since the work was carried out by a continuous cycle, for the period of their conduct in the tunnel, a reverse movement of vehicles was organized using temporary traffic lights installed on both sides of the tunnel. Particular attention was paid to the device of storm sewers – the installation of concrete rings and drainage trays of large throughput. The walls of the tunnel were completely cleaned of fat spots, soot and oil drones.
As a waterproofing material, a high brand Portland cement, fine-fractional sand and chemical fillers were used, which allowed to ensure reliable protection of the tunnel from atmospheric precipitation and penetration of groundwater. Due to the widespread use of low mechanization tools, the total cost of the work performed did not exceed 10 million rubles. The reconstruction of the tunnel was carried out under the constant control of the city administration. Now residents of the city can easily get from its central part to Rastorguevskaya.
